Permitted Use<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are allowed to install and use the software on a limited number of devices as specified in the license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You must not copy, modify, distribute, or sell the software without our prior authorization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The software is protected by intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in the software remain the property of Kaufm\u00e4nnische Schule Heidenheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Limited Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The software is provided &#8222;as is&#8220; without any warranty of any kind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We disclaim any liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the software.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8. Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may terminate this license at any time if you do not comply with the terms of the EULA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.
